Polymath builds technology for tokenizing and managing real-world assets.

At the foundation is Polymesh, its purpose-built blockchain for regulated financial assets. On top of Polymesh, Polymath has developed the Polymath Capital Platform, a SaaS platform that helps companies structure and manage tokenized investment offerings. Confidential Assets, launched on mainnet in 2026, add protocol-level privacy for regulated assets while maintaining the visibility required for audit and regulatory oversight.

In August 2026, Polymath entered into a definitive agreement to combine with TruGolf Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRUG), bringing Polymath to the public markets through a Nasdaq-listed company.

Location: Remote. We are open to candidates based in North America, the UK and Europe.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Engineering & Delivery to lead engineering across Polymath and Polymesh and own the roadmap, technical direction and delivery.

As the most senior technical leader in the business, you will report to the Interim CEO and own the key technical decisions across architecture, releases, technical debt, production security and incident response.

You will lead a remote engineering team and work closely with commercial leadership to turn business priorities and customer needs into secure, reliable products. The role combines technical judgment, team leadership and responsibility for delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the engineering teams across Polymath and Polymesh, including hiring, developing specialists and managing external development partners.
• Own the product and engineering roadmap, priorities and delivery commitments, keeping engineering aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical decisions around architecture, security, reliability and technical debt.
• Own protocol releases and runtime upgrades, coordinating network changes with node operators, integrators and ecosystem partners.
• Take responsibility for production reliability, security and incident response, including on-call coverage and the controls and evidence required for SOC 2 and future compliance obligations.
• Work closely with the commercial team on customer requirements, integrations and pilots, owning technical scope and feasibility.
• Bring customer and market feedback into product priorities, keeping engineering focused on products customers use and pay for.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A hands-on engineering background and sound technical judgment. You must be able to assess code and architecture, but do not need to write production code.
• Experience leading senior technical teams and delivering products across multiple workstreams and time zones.
• Experience taking responsibility for production reliability and security in live systems.
• Comfort working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, where controls and change management matter.
• Strong product judgment and an understanding of how engineering connects to customers and revenue.
• Clear communication, strong organization and the ability to lead independently in a smaller, fast-moving business.
• Experience in blockchain, distributed systems, fintech, digital assets or regulated financial products is highly relevant. Deep blockchain specialization is not required; Substrate or Polkadot experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a listed company or a business navigating a corporate transaction or changing governance requirements is highly valued.
