BuildOps, a fast-growing SaaS platform for commercial contractors, seeks a Head of Enablement to shape the strategic enablement roadmap across GTM, Post‑Sale, AI CoE, and Product. You will lead BuildOps Academy to shorten time‑to‑value, accelerate customer adoption, and drive internal enablement at scale.
You will own LMS governance (Docebo), define KPI dashboards for ELT, and embed AI into content creation and delivery.

This candidate will join a well-funded, fast-growing technology startup with the unique opportunity to lead the build‑out of the industry’s leading operational platform. As the Head of Enablement, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll define how we equip Revenue, Marketing, BD, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) with the tools, training materials, and strategic partnership to deliver mutually agreed‑upon exceptional outcomes. You’ll also own the BuildOps Academy as a strategic lever to reduce implementation time‑to‑value, facilitate customer product adoption, and enhance internal enablement efforts. You’ll centralize and lead all internal enablement resources and report to our Vice President of Revenue Operations.
