An innovative defense technology company is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead PCB development for cutting-edge drones. This role offers the chance to shape the future of unmanned systems, working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact national security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical product development, a strong leadership background, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Join a team that values rapid innovation and a hands-on approach to engineering, and help deliver vital capabilities to warfighters in record time.
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. We are looking for someone who can drive the development, design, and manufacturing of our PCBs used for our drones. You will be working closely and leading a team that will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to understand engineering constraints, design & optimize for requirements, and perform component selection.
