Job summary

You will develop an integrated editorial and engagement plan, supervise a diverse team, and collaborate across programs and regions. The role offers a flexible remote setup with US-based preference and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 10–15 years in strategic communications, editorial leadership, media relations, or related fields.
• Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling to translate complex topics.
• Expertise in editorial strategy, organizational messaging, and high-profile content.
• Experience developing executive communications and thought leadership.
• Experience in proactive media relations and rapid-response communications.
• Experience planning strategic events and external engagements.
• People leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop organization-wide editorial strategy and content calendar.
• Maintain messaging, voice, and editorial standards for CATF.
• Lead flagship content including annual report and milestone stories.
• Plan strategic events, conferences, and external engagements.
• Develop executive communications: speeches, op-eds, talking points.
• Manage media relations and reputation-building activities.
• Coordinate integrated content and stakeholder engagement planning.
• Supervise and develop communications staff.
