Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MHA/PharmD) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in healthcare strategy (pharmaceutical contracting, analytics, formulary development, product development).
• Experience using financial modeling tools and interpreting results to evaluate contract changes.

• Conduct external/internal reviews of the healthcare landscape to identify trends and gaps.
• Evaluate performance of internal clinical strategies and determine enhancements.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that drive enterprise objectives and differentiation.
• Utilize internal data and modeling to evaluate financial impacts of strategies.
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve initiatives and goals.
• Monitor strategy performance post-implementation and report to leadership.
• Develop presentations and strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Establish and execute SOPs and playbooks for the team.
