We are a high-growth company with power brands like Arm & Hammer, Hero Mighty Patch, Touchland, Vitafusion, Batiste, and many more. We are looking for a nimble, curious, growth-minded leader who can elevate our digital strategy, media, measurement, and analytics execution. You will partner closely with brand teams, digital and media agencies, and strategic third-party vendors to measure, optimize, and scale our media investments. You will own the marketing technology and ad tech stack, agency relationships, and outcomes, as well as advanced analytics and future-ready thinking across the digital ecosystem. As a 'bar-raiser,' you will also provide education to marketing and cross-functional teams.

As the Head of Digital Strategy, Media, and Measurement, you will report to the Chief Digital Growth Officer and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of marketing specialists across digital engagement, marketing, advanced analytics, and social media. You are a respected industry leader with strong external relationships and a proven track record of delivering innovative media planning and investment strategies to maximize ROI while balancing efficiency and effectiveness.

This role is based out of our corporate office in Ewing NJ on a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Core responsibilities include:

  1. Leading digital and media agencies during planning to recommend strategies for media efficiency and efficacy. Managing a team of 20, including temps and agency partners.
  2. Leading measurement plans for each brand, partnering with digital engagement teams, and assigning responsibilities for ongoing optimization.
  3. Leading a high-functioning advanced analytics team on areas like MMM, MTA, and lifetime value, in partnership with the data science team.
  4. Partnering with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed eCommerce growth and profitability goals, ensuring media mix is optimized for full-funnel marketing.
  5. Enhancing the digital IQ of the company and marketers, ensuring current trends and learnings are applied effectively.
  6. Negotiating and managing agency and third-party relationships to maximize value in contracts.
  7. Leading partnerships with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, etc., and managing agency relationships with major holding companies like Wavemaker and Razorfish.
  8. Leading the DTC team and P&L for key brands like Hero Mighty Patch, Viviscal, Toppik.
  9. Influencing internal content and creative teams to align with brand objectives.
  10. Enabling AI and tech integration in creative, content, and media strategies in collaboration with teams and external partners.

Education and Experience:

  • 12-15 years in digital strategy, media transformation, social experience, preferably in CPG on the brand marketing and digital media side.
  • 7-10 years of team leadership and management experience.
  • Working knowledge of martech and adtech stacks and operations.
  • Curiosity and experience with AI, new tech, and tools.
  • Experience with analytics platforms and full-funnel analyses across media formats.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence teams and drive growth.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Broad knowledge of the media ecosystem, ROI-focused digital media, retailer systems, and best practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple agency and third-party relationships.
  • Curiosity about digital trends and future needs, with the ability to pivot accordingly.
