Job summary

You will oversee strategic planning, development, and optimization of digital service channels including web, mobile, kiosks, and B2G platforms, ensuring alignment with state technology and security priorities.

• Strong leadership experience in digital transformation, product management, or enterprise technology strategy.
• Experience supporting complex digital ecosystems with large user populations.
• Expertise in governance processes and executive-level collaboration.
• Knowledge of identity management, authentication tools, and security/privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital product portfolios throughout the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Executive Governance Council to shape policy, strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Oversee product planning, prioritization, and road mapping with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and refine metrics-based systems to evaluate and improve digital channels.
• Expand web and mobile platforms to provide secure, real-time DMV services.
