Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in complex operations leadership.
Bachelor’s degree; JD or privacy certification is a strong plus.
Proven track record leading IP or Privacy functions at scale.
Fluency in legal requirements (copyright/DMCA) and privacy laws.
Self-directed problem solver applying new tech and frameworks.
Product & Engineering literacy to advocate tooling needs.
Empathetic leadership through high-stress periods.

Responsibilities

Bridge Product, Engineering, Legal and Policy to ensure operational readiness for IP and Privacy.
Own intake surfaces and routing logic for IP complaints, DSARs, and appeals.
Automate workflows, harden QA, and modernize operational infra with auditability.
Lead escalations for IP/Privacy with executive leadership and counsel.
Maintain high SLA across IP and Privacy queues with data-driven optimization.
Refine SOPs to adapt to evolving copyright, privacy, and product features.
Partner with Legal, Policy and Global teams for governance and alignment.
Direct and scale a multi-pillar team, mentoring frontline leads.
