Signature Aviation is seeking a Manager, Digital Engineering to lead cross‑functional teams focused on OMS‑centric digital platforms and integrations with CRM, ERP, DSF and payments. You will drive architecture, agile delivery, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital engineering leadership, strong OMS expertise, experience with React and CMS (AEM), microservice architecture, and API‑first design, with excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital engineering leadership roles, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong OMS platform background with experience integrating CRM, ERP, and payments.
• Experience implementing Agile operating models and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• OMS Platform Leadership: Lead delivery and enhancement of OMS platforms across order capture and fulfillment.
• Digital Platform Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy responsive internal apps integrated with OMS and enterprise systems.
• Program Leadership: Drive large-scale OMS and digital initiatives with milestones and dependencies.
• Engineering Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead pods delivering OMS integrations and modern UI.
• Architecture & Technology Oversight: Align OMS design with microservices, API-first, and modern UI frameworks.
• System Integration: Oversee OMS integrations with CRM, ERP, payments, DSF, and third-party services.
• Agile Delivery: Promote Scrum/SAFe and iterative value-driven delivery.
• Quality & Reliability: Adopt DevOps, automated testing, and monitoring for OMS solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align OMS capabilities with Product, Design, Operations, and business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize OMS workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure data security, PCI compliance, and privacy standards.
• Team Growth: Hire, mentor, and scale engineering talent; manage budgets and vendor engagements.
• Culture & Learning: Foster ongoing development and adoption of new tools and practices.
