Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services seeks a Manager of Device Assembly & Packaging in Fishers, Indiana. This role is accountable for overseeing device assembly and packaging operations, directly leading a team of three Packaging Supervisors to ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize programs for growth.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of leadership experience in a cGMP environment and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position offers attractive benefits including paid vacation, health plans, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Functional knowledge of cGMP and device quality regulations.
• Experience with serialization and track-and-trace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the DAP program.
• Lead three Packaging Supervisors for production shifts.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and quality metrics.
