We’re looking for a hands-on leader to serve as Head of Development, overseeing site sourcing, real estate negotiations, and construction execution across the U.S. You’ll be building the future of SEV—one office at a time—working directly with a small but mighty internal team and a trusted group of external partners. This role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the experience and drive to scale a high-growth brand without layers of red tape.
This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., but we prefer candidates located in or near a city with a SEV studio to stay close to the field and connected to our operations.

The pay range for this role is: 150,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
