Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of Developer Relations to lead and build how developers discover, learn, build, and scale on our AI infrastructure platform. This role will own the global DevRel strategy from US to EMEA and APAC, partnering with Product Marketing to drive adoption.

You will establish programs, content engines, and partnerships, hire and lead the DevRel team, and measure growth through KPIs for self-serve adoption and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and leading DevRel programs with measurable impact.
• Strong ML/AI background and cloud infrastructure familiarity.
• Proven track record engaging open-source communities and developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global DevRel strategy across content, events, and education.
• Drive developer adoption and build self-serve resources for the journey from discovery to production.
• Build and scale developer programs, partnerships, and ambassador initiatives.
• Represent Nscale at conferences, meetups, and open-source events.
• Collaborate with Product, AI Platform Engineering, and Marketing to feed insights into roadmap.
