Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of Developer Relations to lead and build how developers discover, learn, build, and scale on our AI infrastructure platform. You will own the global DevRel strategy, drive adoption, and shape the developer experience across content, demos, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer relations, advocacy, technical marketing, or developer-focused product roles, including director-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global developer relations strategy across content, community, events, and education.
• Drive developer adoption with self-serve content for all stages of the developer journey.
• Build and oversee a developer content engine with docs, code samples, demos, tutorials, notebooks, blogs, and videos.
• Represent Nscale in the developer ecosystem through conferences, meetups, and open-source collaborations.
• Bridge developers and internal teams to feed insights back into product and roadmap direction.
• Build and scale developer programs (ambassadors, open-source, research collaborations, training).
• Instrument developer growth with KPIs and dashboards tracking adoption, usage, and engagement.
• Experiment with new developer education formats and scale successful ones.
• Build and lead the DevRel function and hire the DevRel engineers.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Machine Learning, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical or other related discipline
