Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong technical background in game development (mobile/PC/web) and API integrations.
• Established regional and global developer community presence.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in Russian and English with travel across CIS region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee developer relations activities in the assigned region and align with global strategy.
• Mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations) to foster technical excellence.
• Lead lighthouse integration cases with high-quality, benchmark implementations.
• Gather and act on developer feedback with Product Management to reduce adoption barriers.
• Represent Xsolla at regional/global events, delivering talks and workshops.
• Organize developer meetups, hackathons, and platform-launch events.
• Guide creation of developer documentation, tutorials, demos, and videos.
