Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Design or Senior Designer for our Men’s Outerwear brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in salable designs, with a deep understanding of current trends and a passion for creating outstanding products. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, who can drive the design process from concept to execution. This person must understand high-end and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with our brand vision and target audience.

- Oversee the entire design process, from initial sketches to final production, ensuring the highest quality standards.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design strategies and product offerings.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

- Mentor and develop junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

- Present design collections to stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind each concept.

- Maintaining and growing sales though EXCELLENT product design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Art, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in fashion design, specifically in men’s outerwear or luxury apparel.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative vision.

- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

- A passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail.
