Job summary

Moonlake is seeking an exceptional Head of Design to shape how users interact with AI-generated worlds. You’ll translate AI capabilities into intuitive, delightful experiences, owning end-to-end design from prototype to production.

You’ll collaborate with researchers and engineers to bring frontier capabilities to life, defining the design language for a new category of AI software and driving rapid, polished product delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional product intuition for crafting polished user experiences.
• Strong frontend engineering with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience building products from zero to one and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive user experiences for AI-powered creative and simulation tools.
• Rapidly prototype new product concepts from idea to working implementation.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to bring frontier capabilities into production.
• Own product features end-to-end, from interaction design and frontend architecture to implementation.
• Build interfaces that simplify complex workflows across world generation, simulation, and multimodal AI.
• Continuously refine the product through user feedback, experimentation, and iteration.
• Help establish the design language and product direction for an entirely new category of AI software.
