• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or Head of Department role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement an innovative and engaging curriculum.
• Strong understanding of assessment strategies and student performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Experience with laboratory management and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) or CAPS curriculum.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid capacity, managing on-site responsibilities and potential remote tasks.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Welkom, Free State, ZA area for on-site duties.
