Job summary

OneBlood is seeking an experienced leader to transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights through advanced dashboards. The role bridges Finance and IT, guiding the design, governance, and delivery of data visualizations to support executive decisions and performance management.

The ideal candidate has extensive BI leadership experience, strong Tableau proficiency, and a proven track record of delivering scalable dashboards across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or financial reporting with leadership.
• Tableau (or similar BI tools) leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes enterprise data visualization strategy aligned to Finance, Operations, and business objectives.
• 2eeds team development of data visualization specialists and governance.
• Establishes dashboards standards and best practices for reporting.
• Partners with Finance and operational leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
• Designs scalable, high-performance dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Translates complex data into executive-level insights for decision making.
• Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security across visualization platforms.
• Collaborates with IT to define KPIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Enables self-service analytics and supports budgeting and forecasting.
• Drives innovation through automation and adoption of new visualization tools.
