Meta is seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to lead product analytics across the New Revenue Bets org, spanning Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. This role offers significant autonomy, partnering directly with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy and unblock critical workstreams.

You will translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights, define measurement frameworks, and guide investment decisions while coaching ICs and scaling AI-enabled workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of data science, analytics, or quantitative experience.
• Company-wide influence and cross-org strategy execution.
• Context-switching across growth, monetization, AI products, and expansion.
• Ability to set direction on company-critical problems and influence strategy.
• Thrives in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments with influence.
• Comfort in early-stage, high-ambiguity settings with undefined metrics.
• Ability to synthesize analysis into clear VP+ narratives.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams.
• Collaborate with VPs and senior cross-functional leaders.
• Synthesize complex analyses into actionable executive insights.
• Define measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products.
• Drive subscriber growth, retention, LTV, pricing, and PMF insights.
• Lead data strategy for AI-powered business tools and ROI models.
• Support APAC market expansion with localization analytics.
• Unify analytical voice across teams and propagate learnings.
• Establish best practices in measurement, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Elevate ICs and managers through coaching and collaboration.
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI/ML tools at scale.
