Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 4 years of data analytics experience
• PhD in a quantitative field plus 1 year of data analytics experience
• At least 1 year leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis
• At least 1 year working with machine learning
• At least 1 year utilizing relational databases

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver customer-focused data products
• Apply a broad tech stack to uncover patterns in large-scale numeric and textual data (Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, Spark, and more)
• Lead machine learning model development end-to-end: design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation
• Translate analytical work into tangible business goals for Small Business Bank (SBB)
• Develop account-level lifetime value models to forecast revenue and cost drivers for SBB strategy
