Job Responsibilities

• Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise
• Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments
• Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing pool of Data Scientists within the organisation
• Work with client side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of product roadmap
• 10+ years of professional experience at banks/financial service institutions in the area of credit risk/fraud/collections and customer management
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with ability to lead and perform data analytics
• Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PhD/Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Business Management
