Job summary

WME is seeking a Head of Data & Data Products to build the next generation of our data capability and turn data into products that drive decisions. You will own the data product strategy, self-service analytics, governance, and the business roadmap for predictive and decision-support capabilities.

This leadership role will scale reusable data assets, establish shared definitions, and ensure data quality while delivering measurable business impact for WME and its clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data, analytics, or applied intelligence teams.
• Track record turning data into products used by teams.
• Ability to build self-service analytics without losing context or governance.
• Strong analytical fluency and ability to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a data product roadmap tied to business decisions.
• Turn datasets into reusable products and datasets across teams.
• Establish shared definitions and governance for key concepts.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Research, and Operations.
