Qualifications

• 10+ years in data platforms, BI, or enterprise data management.
• 5+ years in leadership building high-performing technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and modern data architecture.
• Strong governance, metadata, lineage, and security knowledge.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data platform and BI strategy (Fabric, unified data platform, self-service).
• Own data architecture including ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and controls.
• Oversee BI delivery model including backlog and release governance.
• Lead Data Citizen Program and enterprise data literacy initiatives.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and usage metrics.
• Develop training programs for business users.
• Promote dashboards and reports across business units.
• Partner with leadership to align data strategy to outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure to align database performance with data needs.
• Lead onshore and offshore resources and vendors.
