Qualifications

• Senior experience in machine learning, data science, data engineering, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong statistical, technical, and experimental judgment.
• Experience taking data or model work from discovery into production with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to connect technical work to revenue, customer, risk, or operating results.
• Clear communication with executives, engineers, analysts, and nontechnical partners.

Responsibilities

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented Head of Data searches in New York is $210,000 to $330,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
