United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a data-driven Analytical Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for data foundations, governance, and self-serve AI-enabled insights. You’ll own the Gold layer, canonical metrics, and semantic layer across PLG, marketing, and revenue domains, driving trusted data products and analytics modernization.

The role sits in a Warsaw-based office with a hybrid schedule, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and business partners to balance

Qualifications

• Leading analytics/engineering teams with a focus on data products and governance.
• Strong SQL and data modeling background for building trusted data platforms.
• Experience with dbt or equivalent frameworks and modern data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data roadmaps and data contracts.
• Comfort working with AI-native analytics tools and governing data across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop a team of Analytical Engineers delivering trusted data products.
• Own the Gold layer, canonical metrics, and semantic layer strategy across multiple domains.
• Establish product-like data contracts and SLAs for data products with owners and SLAs.
• Drive self-serve enablement through governance of Gold tables and metadata definitions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams to manage cost and run-rate.
