The role
As Head of Data and Analytics at Synapticure, you will develop and execute our organizational strategy for a centralized team of data and analytics professionals. Your team will drive enterprise analytics across all major business functions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality insights that inform strategic, operational, and clinical programs. You will collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Technology, Finance, Clinical, Product, and Operations to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support our growth and solutions.
Job Duties – What you’ll be doing
- Performance Management & Insights: Develop standardized data architecture and dashboards to track OKRs across markets, partners, payers, and products.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to identify and prioritize insights aligned with data-driven decision-making and organizational goals.
- Data & Analytics Roadmap: Partner with the product team to create and implement the data and analytics roadmap, including project timelines and tactical plans.
- Business Intelligence Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish and enhance a business intelligence center, including self-service and standardized reporting solutions.
- Team Leadership: Structure and lead high-performing analytics teams supporting stakeholders such as Senior Leadership, Clinical Teams, Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Data Optimization & Tools: Define, acquire, and optimize data collection methods for analytics, reporting, and dashboards to improve business performance.
- Predictive & Advanced Analytics: Drive the development of predictive models and advanced analytical solutions for clinical and operational decision-making.
- Risk & Cost of Care Modeling: Develop and maintain patient risk stratification and cost-of-care models in partnership with Finance and Clinical Teams.
- Data Alignment & Governance: Standardize definitions, practices, and governance standards to ensure data consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Reporting & Communication: Create accessible, standardized reports and dashboards to bridge data insights with operational teams.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements – What we look for in you
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data, product, or analytics roles with increasing scope.
- Extensive experience with healthcare administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex healthcare databases analyzing medical, pharmacy, and utilization data.
- Deep understanding of FFS care, value-based care, payer models, risk adjustment, quality metrics, and healthcare compliance.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools as an individual contributor.
- Proven track record of operational excellence, results-driven initiatives, and performance measurement against business goals.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience leading analytics reporting tools and solutions that facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Experience with healthcare technologies, including EHR systems and practice management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
