Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ лет опыта, включая 3+ лет руководства команд.
• Практический опыт обеспечения IT- и OT-сред с акцентом на промышленную безопасность.
• Опыт ведения security проектов, реагирования на инциденты и мониторинга.
• Хорошее понимание NIS2, ISO 27001 и IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

• Ведение и развитие IT- и OT-команды, ответственность за дорожную карту кибербезопасности.
• Усиление инфраструктуры и OT-безопасности, включая архитектуру, доступ третьих лиц и требования поставщиков.
• Разработка возможностей обнаружения и реагирования; руководство готовностью к инцидентам; соблюдение регуляторных стандартов (NIS2).
• Контроль рисков по местам эксплуатации; управление партнёрами и повышение осведомлённости по безопасноcти.
• Формирование и развитие программы безопасности по мере роста бизнеса.

Lead and develop the IT and OT team, own the cybersecurity roadmap, manage risk, and report to the executive team and board Strengthen infrastructure and operational technology security, including architecture, third-party access, and supplier requirements Develop detection and response capabilities, lead incident preparedness, and oversee compliance with applicable regulations and security standards, including NIS2 Oversee security risks across operating sites and offices Develop security guardrails for AI tools and integrations, manage external partners, and promote security awareness across Alight Build and improve the security programme as the business grows

5–10+ Years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in team leadership Hands-on experience securing IT environments, ideally including OT or industrial systems Experience leading security projects, incident response, monitoring, or security operations Good understanding of NIS2 and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 Confidence communicating security risks to senior leadership, boards, customers, and investors Strong ownership, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance technical detail with business priorities Fluent written and spoken English Based in the Nordics, with regular travel to the Stockholm office and operating sites Будет плюсом: Experience in energy, utilities, or other critical infrastructure, AI security, a technical degree
