Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate in the United States seeks a Sr. Director of Customer Enablement to champion the customer perspective across the organization and shape a best-in-class experience across its industrial real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer experience, enablement, or customer success roles.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with CRM, analytics, and CX platforms.
Knowledge of property management operations is a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise-wide strategies for a consistent customer experience across the lifecycle.
Map, architect, and refine the customer journey with Operations and CX pilots.
Own customer and vendor communications and oversee enablement programs and training enterprise-wide.
Oversee high-touch service for Focus Customers with digital-first omnichannel support.
Use data and KPIs to demonstrate impact of enablement initiatives (OSAT, NPS, SSNOI).
