Link Logistics Real Estate in Dallas seeks a Sr. Director of Customer Enablement to champion the customer perspective and deliver a best-in-class experience across its industrial real estate portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Intelligence and Enablement, this role provides strategic and operational leadership over customer enablement functions enterprise-wide. The role designs customer journeys, leads CX pilots, oversees enablement programs, and aligns processes with governance and data

Qualifikationen

12+ years leading customer experience, enablement, or success roles with lifecycle ownership.
Proven cross-functional CX initiatives improving operations.
Experience designing journeys for customers and employees.

Aufgaben

Design enterprise-wide strategies for a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.
Map and refine the customer journey with Operations and pilots.
Lead enablement programs including Link Way, CX Champions, and CX Allowance.
Oversee white-glove service for high-value Focus Customers with digital omnichannel support.
Scale CX through digital tools like Link+, FieldIQ, chatbot, and call center.
