Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Manager - Supply Chain and Procurement for a custom silicon portfolio. You will build and lead a team responsible for sourcing, contracts, and supplier partnerships with strategic impact.

You will drive complex supply strategies, negotiate long-term agreements, and develop metrics and dashboards to guide executive decisions in a fast-paced environment. MBA preferred and deep data-driven leadership required.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, commodity management, or a related function.
• 3+ years of people management and team development experience.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of supply and commodity managers covering the custom silicon portfolio, setting goals and owning performance.
• Define and deliver complex supply chain strategies for the portfolio as a key member of the AWS Infrastructure supply chain leadership team.
• Own supplier strategy and commercial negotiation across the portfolio, including capacity commitments and long-term agreements, and represent your team in executive and partner reviews.
• Direct your team's engagement with hardware teams and silicon partners, translating technical requirements into sourcing direction that strengthens our supply chain.
• Guide the written recommendations and insights your team produces for key stakeholders to shape solution and sourcing design.
• Manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously, setting priorities for the team through ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
• Direct the design and maintenance of scalable, reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.
• Build a high-performing, resilient team: develop bench strength, plan succession for critical commodities, and create an environment where people get results at an effective pace under tight deadlines.
