We3 is looking for a world-class Head of Creator Partnerships for Video Creators who will work closely with the CEO to grow We3's creator partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnership opportunities with key creators.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving measurable results in a fast-paced, creative environment, along with demonstrated success in managing teams and talent. It is critical to understand the needs of creators, producers and publishers, the challenges faced, and current methods of fan engagement and monetization.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish strategic partnership opportunities with key creators for video content.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to grow We3's creator partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a team, driving high performance and accountability.
  • Develop rapport and establish trust with creators, agents and managers.
  • Leverage CRM, pipeline reporting, and sales automation tools to manage partnerships and measure results.
  • Act with a high level of intensity, urgency, and excellence while fostering collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years working in a sales, business development or partnership capacity.
  • Management & leadership experience.
  • Experience in working with creators.
  • Ability to develop rapport and establish trust with creators, agents and managers.
  • Expertise with CRM, pipeline reporting and sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional communicator & storyteller, both written and verbal.
  • Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, establishing deal terms and negotiating.
  • Entrepreneurial and a hands-on style with a strong bias towards action in an innovative, ego-free environment.
