We3 is looking for a world-class Head of Creator Partnerships for Radio & Podcasting who will work closely with our CEO to grow We3\'s creator partnerships. This well-connected, energetic radio-phile will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnership opportunities with key creators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic partnership opportunities with key creators.
• Work closely with the CEO to grow We3\'s creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working in a sales, business development or partnership capacity.
• Management & leadership experience.
• Experience in working with creators.
• Ability to develop rapport and establish trust with creators, agents and managers.
• Expertise with CRM, pipeline reporting and sales automation tools.
• Exceptional communicator & storyteller, both written and verbal.
• Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, establishing deal terms and negotiating.
• Entrepreneurial and a hands-on style with a strong bias towards action while collaborating without ego.
• Operate at a high level of intensity, with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence.
