This well-connected, energetic radio-phile will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnership opportunities with key creators.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving measurable results in a fast-paced, creative environment along with demonstrated success in managing teams and talent. It's critical for the Head of Creator Partnerships for Radio & Podcasting to understand the needs of creators, producers and publishers, the challenges faced and the current methods of fan engagement and monetization.
