As we expand, we’re building a modern Creative Services team to scale content production and marketing impact across all points of sale.
The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Creative Services to lead all creative production and content operations across our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing assets that support wholesale partners, marketplaces like Amazon and Wayfair, and our DTC websites . You’ll manage a multidisciplinary in-house team, optimize creative workflows, and introduce scalable technologies like AI and CGI to meet the needs of a high-volume, multi-channel business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of creative assets across e-commerce, retail, print, packaging, photography, video, CGI, and digital media
- Deliver channel-specific content for wholesale accounts , third-party marketplaces , and owned DTC websites
- Build and manage a high-performing in-house team (design, production, project management) and oversee external creative partners
- Develop efficient processes for creative intake, prioritization, and delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Own and manage the department budget, resourcing strategy, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost-effectiveness and impact
- Partner with distribution centers and overseas factories to streamline the process of capturing reference photography for new product launches
- Champion the adoption of AI and CGI tools to accelerate asset production, personalization, and localization
- Collaborate with Sales, Ecomm, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure creative is aligned with business goals and brand strategy
- Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all creative assets and customer touchpoints
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in creative operations, content production, or marketing leadership roles
- Deep understanding of wholesale, retail, marketplace (e.g. Amazon, Wayfair), and DTC marketing requirements
- Proven experience scaling creative production across multiple brands and channels
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Experience managing creative teams and budgets, with a focus on efficiency and ROI
- Familiarity with CGI / 3D workflows, AI-powered creative tools, DAMs, and process automation
- Experience working with global supply chain partners, factories, or sourcing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders
