  • Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles, capital structure, and the potential implications of strategic transactions for investors and Lumentum’s valuation.
  • Help prepare clear, concise, and compelling presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team that translate complex transactions, financial analyses, and strategic considerations into easily understood steps and recommendations.
Execution:
  • Lead or support transaction processes from initial opportunity assessment through due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration.
  • Work closely with internal and external legal counsel to negotiate term sheets, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other definitive documents.
  • Develop detailed internal and cross-company synergy plans, including clear execution requirements.
  • Partner with investment banks and internal stakeholders to evaluate and manage inbound opportunities and maintain an effective pipeline of potential transactions.
