A global biopharma company—recognized for its leadership in dermatology and aesthetics—is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to drive its growth strategy through M&A and external innovation.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of R&D, this high-impact role will serve as a strategic architect of the company’s future pipeline by sourcing and executing deals

that delivers both scientific value and commercial opportunity.

You’ll have direct exposure to the executive team and board, and the autonomy to lead

transformational initiatives that define the company's next chapter.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the full lifecycle of M&A and licensing activities, from sourcing through integration
• Build and evaluate a robust pipeline of acquisition and partnership opportunities in aesthetics and dermatology
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Regulatory to assess fit and value
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, and external innovators
• Present recommendations and deal rationales to executive leadership and selected board members
• Guide post-merger integration planning alongside key business stakeholders
• Monitor the evolving competitive landscape and identify new areas of strategic opportunity
  
  

Who You Are

• A seasoned dealmaker with 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting
• Experienced in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech—ideally with a strong grasp of the aesthetics or dermatology landscape
• Comfortable leading cross-border transactions and managing diverse stakeholders
• A sharp strategic thinker with exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills
• A confident communicator with executive presence and the ability to build compelling business cases
• MBA or advanced degree in finance, business, or life sciences preferred
