Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Content and Thought Leadership to shape the company’s editorial ecosystem and content strategy across channels. You will own pillars, audience priorities, voice standards, and a 12‑month plan to align with business goals and brand strategy.

You will collaborate with clinical, legal, compliance, PR, and marketing teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and responsible storytelling that strengthens authority in outpatient mental health care.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial strategy, brand storytelling, or related fields.
• Strong editorial judgment with demonstrated experience building content strategies and governance models.
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and video communication skills with ability to tailor messaging across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the architect of LifeStance’s editorial ecosystem and lead editorial voice across channels.
• Own enterprise content strategy, pillars, audience priorities, standards, and storytelling approach.
• Develop and manage 12‑month content strategy and 90‑day execution calendar.
• Lead annual content planning and quarterly reviews to evaluate priorities and performance.
• Own and evolve the editorial style guide for consistency and brand alignment.
• Partner with clinical, legal, compliance, PR, and marketing to ensure accuracy and responsible content.
