Job summary

Bizee is seeking a Director of Content to own the content program end to end: strategy, editorial quality, production systems, and the content team. This role builds an ecosystem where editorial, social, email, and video feed each other and assets travel across channels.

You will set the company-wide content strategy and integrated calendar, own the distribution architecture, and lead long-form and narrative work to build Bizee's authority with Everyday Entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of content experience across editorial, social, email, and video.
• Proven ability to build company-wide content strategy, calendars, and distribution architecture.
• Experience leading and growing a content team and function.
• Strong editorial judgment with hands-on writing/editing of long-form content.
• Channel strategy across social and video, including YouTube and organic growth.
• Comfort with content operations, workflows, AI tools, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the company-wide content strategy and integrated calendar.
• Set editorial quality bar across all written output: voice, tone, readability.
• Lead long-form and narrative content and production assets program.
• Own content distribution across owned channels and define social/video direction.
• Own brand email content including newsletters and campaigns.
• Lead content-driven campaigns end-to-end with PMM/brand briefs.
• Oversee content operations: workflows, efficiency, AI and automation.
• Define and track content KPIs and inform strategy by performance data.
• Manage and grow Bizee's content team and contractor network.
