Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary leader for the concierge and front-of-house team.
  • Set and protect hospitality standards at all times.
  • Lead daily floor presence and execution.
  • Coach and develop team members for growth.
  • Address performance issues swiftly.
  • Protect the culture through accountability and example.
  • Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and floor flow.
  • Ensure flawless opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain consistency across service, cleanliness, and member experience.
  • Troubleshoot in real time and solve before problems escalated.
  • Partner directly with the Club Director on operations and growth.
  • Own first impressions and long-term relationships.
  • Be the front-facing leader members know and trust.
  • Handle escalations with empathy, clarity, and authority.
  • Create an environment where members feel seen, supported, and cared for.
  • Build repeatable hospitality systems, not personality-based chaos.
  • Create and enforce SOPs for concierge operations.
  • Maintain communication between teams and leadership.
  • Identify breakdowns early and course-correct quickly.

Job description

This is a leadership role for operators, not spectators. The Head of Concierge is the most visible leadership position inside the club. The role sets the tone for hospitality, member experience, team standards, and daily execution. They are the right-hand to the Club Director and a critical driver of culture, consistency, and accountability.
