Job summary

Oracle in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Component Quality Engineering organization for OCI hardware platforms. You will oversee silicon and other critical commodities, and align supplier quality with manufacturing and field teams to ensure robust quality across GPUs, CPUs, memory, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in component or supplier quality within hardware or semiconductor domains.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor hardware quality metrics (DPPM, RPM, AFR, RMA, MTBF).
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and implement RCCA and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Component Quality Engineering organization for silicon and hardware commodities across OCI infrastructure programs.
• Build, mentor, and develop a team of component quality engineers.
• Own supplier-facing component quality strategy, metrics, RCCA, containment, and corrective actions.
