Mira Mace, a venture-backed company helping Medicare patients navigate a complicated healthcare system with clarity and confidence, seeks a Part-time Head of Compliance to own our regulatory posture as we scale.

You will ensure our structure, documentation, coding, and billing hold up to CMS, OIG, state and payer scrutiny, manage the HIPAA program, and work alongside engineers in a fast-moving startup.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in healthcare compliance with Medicare Part B billing and coding.
• Hands-on PC-MSO experience and deep knowledge of HIPAA, AKS, Stark, and FCA.
• Deep Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial knowledge with practical execution.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the PC-MSO arrangement compliant and manage the HIPAA program.
• Audit coding and billing against documentation and time requirements.
• Review revenue cycle practices and track regulatory changes.
