How You’ll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for leading the ongoing development and growth engagement strategies to support the regional business plan and priorities, focusing on community development, member engagement, and membership growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred; CAE desirable.
  • 7-10 years of progressive management experience in a community environment, involving multiple markets and channels, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in nonprofit management is a plus.
  • Experience building and sustaining broad relationship and account management programs, fostering a learning culture.
  • Proven ability to understand organizational strategy and successful market development, including integrating market planning across the enterprise and influencing outcomes.
  • Experience in a B2C environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in creating and monitoring annual work plans and budgets, and meeting targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve operational and strategic results, balancing consistency and localization, and communicating effectively.
  • Strong organization, planning, and management skills with the ability to think long-term (up to five years).
  • Experience leading organizational change, including effective process outcomes.
  • Ability to create and apply performance metrics.
  • A positive track record of business results, developing long-term stakeholder relationships, and organizational growth.
  • Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; regional language skills are a plus.
