Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Vice President of Impact to lead Agency partnerships, programs, and Build Healthy Communities across a 13-county service area. Reporting to the COO, you will translate organizational priorities into community strategies while ensuring measurable outcomes and high-impact collaboration with internal teams.

You will oversee hunger-relief initiatives, partner engagement, and data-driven program design, while guiding governance, equity, and resource allocation to strengthen neighbor

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management.
• Minimum of five years leading managers, directors, or multiple functions.
• Experience building community partnerships and advancing measurable impact.
• Experience developing performance measurement systems and data-informed decision making.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Commitment to equity and community partnership.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for agency partnerships and network engagement.
• Oversee hunger-relief program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Lead Build Healthy Communities initiatives and partnerships.
• Develop systems for measuring program effectiveness and community impact.
• Represent organization in coalitions and public forums.
• Collaborate with leadership to align impact strategies with budgeting and fundraising.
