About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Community Growth to lead our grassroots outreach and candidate acquisition efforts in Connecticut. You’ll be the driving force behind building our waitlist of healthcare workers—activating your network, launching referral campaigns, and helping Pipeline become a trusted name in the community.

This is a rare opportunity to own a critical piece of a startup’s growth engine and earn equity from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow our waitlist of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs across CT
  • Activate your network and build new ones through peer-to-peer outreach
  • Manage and support a team of Pipeline Captains (trusted referral reps)
  • Create and execute grassroots campaigns (group chats, Facebook groups, text trees)
  • Gather on-the-ground insights to improve our product and messaging
Who You Are
  • You have strong, existing relationships with healthcare workers in Connecticut
  • Experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, healthcare recruiter, or scheduler (preferred)
  • Comfortable mobilizing people via texting, group chats, social media, or events
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re scrappy, persuasive, and excited to build
  • Relationships in nearby states (NY, MA, RI) are a plus as we expand regionally
Compensation & Upside
  • Equity ownership in an early-stage healthcare tech startup
  • Performance bonuses based on milestones (e.g., # of qualified signups)
  • Optional part-time stipend depending on scope and experience
  • Fully remote (with on-the-ground presence in CT encouraged)
  • Clear path to a full-time leadership position post-launch
