Job summary

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience delivering on-brand visuals for external and internal communications.
• Understanding and applying brand guidelines across platforms and partners.
• Ability to translate briefs into engaging design concepts for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphic design products for Foundation-wide communications.
• Support the refreshed brand and rollout across platforms and agencies.
• Serve as an internal design expert and collaborate with colleagues and firms.
• Maintain a roster of creatives for branding initiatives.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across programs and communications.
• Provide operational support by managing projects, photos, and assets.
• Stay current on design/trends to keep RWJF’s brand innovative.
• Manage budgets and timelines to meet deliverables.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
