About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial Operations to lead our sales and marketing teams. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients and partners who share our vision.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in commercial roles with a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership within tech or environmental industries.
  • Skills:
    • Skilled in crafting growth roadmaps, financial models, and contingency strategies.
    • Experienced in target segmentation, competitor assessment, and aligning with procurement needs.
    • Proficient in product roadmapping, scalability management, and market readiness.
    • Expertise in CRM processes, sales enablement, onboarding, and feedback systems.
    • Strong in co-innovation structuring, IP management, and regulatory adherence.
    • Skilled in brand positioning, risk mitigation, and data-driven strategy refinement.
    • Resilient under pressure, capable of balancing multiple workstreams efficiently.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed to resolve critical issues.
  • This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and requires being onsite; remote work might be considered.
