1. B2B Channel Strategy & Sales Leadership (Telecom & Vehicle Trackers)


  • Pipeline Ownership: Define, manage, and accelerate the complete B2B sales funnelfrom lead generation to high-value contract negotiations and closure.
  • Partner Management: Act as the commercial lead for strategic UK partners and ensuring service delivery meets commercial expectations and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales and account management team, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. B2C E-commerce Growth & Digital Strategy


  • Marketplace Performance: Drive commercial results across third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, BackMarket, OnBuy). Implement strategies to maximize visibility, rankings, conversion, and margins.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Growth: Scale traffic and conversion through digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email campaigns). Manage digital marketing budgets with strong ROI discipline.
  • Product & Pricing Strategy: Partner with the UK inventory team to set competitive pricing, promotions, and product launch strategies that optimize competitiveness and inventory turnover.

3. Commercial Alignment for Retail & Repair Services


  • Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns to increase store footfall and repair service volumes across retail outlets.
  • Pricing Strategy: Establish competitive yet profitable service pricing for both in-store and digital channels.
