Job summary

Lumen is seeking a deeply technical product leader to own and advance our cloud interconnect portfolio. You will guide the evolution of existing cloud connections and launch next-generation interconnect products, translating complex connectivity needs into scalable capabilities.

As Director, you will lead a team of product management and analytics professionals, manage enterprise partnerships, and collaborate with cloud partners and engineering to deliver differentiated cloud connectivity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, network engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technical field.
• Experience with cloud connectivity, interconnect, multicloud networking, or hyperscaler solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud on-ramps, private interconnect, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing product management and analytics team for the cloud interconnect portfolio.
• Own strategy, roadmap, performance, and lifecycle of cloud interconnect solutions.
• Maintain health of existing cloud connections including provider coverage, capacity, and reliability.
• Drive next-generation cloud interconnect solutions across cloud provider ecosystems.
• Define future capabilities through deep technical collaboration with engineering and partners.
• Oversee integration of cloud interconnect products with the Alkira platform and future generations.
• Manage strategic cloud provider relationships and lead negotiations when required.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate connectivity needs into prioritized requirements.
