Responsibilities

Directs and oversees the clinical trial operation function for Yale Cancer Center, Clinical Trials Office oncology disease group.
Develops budgets, policies and procedures to support the infrastructure.
Provides strategic input for short and long-term planning for the CTO.
Designs and implements process improvements to meet goals.
Recruiting, hiring, and day-to-day supervision of clinical research staff.
Ensure compliance with CTRP and audit responses; develop corrective actions.
Oversees data management and timely activation of trials from concept to accrual.
