Job summary

• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Directs the development, implementation, and management of IITs and ETCTN trials in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Identify and analyze barriers in trial processes and propose PM improvements to CTO leadership.
• Organize and manage multiple trials across internal and external teams from start-up to close-out.
• Collaborate with PI and CRM on activation timelines, resource planning, and enrollment metrics.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, regulatory, and contracts to resolve activation barriers and timelines.
• Design and implement transparent communication systems among stakeholders to manage risks.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocations to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate site qualification and initiation visits and present information to sponsors.
• Evaluate protocols in staffing acuity tools as part of study activation.
• Ensure local regulatory and institutional approvals are met and documented.
